My big fat post

It's been a while since I've had the chance to ramble. Keep up and pay attention.
As you know we are quite religious (ha ha! joke!) & with much prayer... we are in the process of moving to Virginia. WHAT?! (gasp! choke!) you say? One great thing about this, is that my parents live there. Nathaniel has prayed and knows that is where we are to be. Actually, Nathaniel has already moved there. He was offered a job with Fannie Mae. I will follow with the kids later. We are thinking 3-4 months. This exciting venture began months ago. We've sold just about everything. Yeup, even my roosters (learning this almost killed my mom). We didn't want to rent a huge moving truck and lug our house across the States.
My nephew, Caden, celebrated his 9th birthday at Boondocks Fun Center. Mary & I took Leo & Olivia around to play games. I'm a ticket whore. I don't care for the toys later. I just want the most tickets. I'll secretly scan the floor for any dropped tickets.
Olivia may have cheated, she never put the ball in the highest points. I had always wanted to do this on Skeetball, but never had the guts to do it.

Grace & I were watching Leo play in the Jungle Jim... and taking pictures of us together.
Leo & Olivia play well together. When Olivia leaves & comes home, Leo runs to her with his arms open. He has the biggest smile on his face and hugs her to death! If Mary is carrying Olivia, Leo wants to be carried. Whatever Olivia is eating, Leo wants the same. You get the picture.

Ethan & Isaac started school. They attend school with Mary's kids. My little babies are growing. I think this is the first year I didn't cry when I left them... but then I had cried days before because of missing Nathaniel.

Ethan is in 5th grade. His favorite subjects are P.E. and math.
Isaac is in 2nd grade. His favorite subjects are art, P.E., and music... oh, and lunch.
I had just put a new head on Nathaniel's razor. I'm not exactly sure what Isaac was thinking, but he did it anyway. I shaved his head into an arrow like the Last Air Bender. Ethan had one too and was pushing to have it dyed blue.
I like to pretend I'm a professional photographer. And what a better subject then to practice on my little girl. She is a happy baby. Mary swears Gracie belongs to her. Grace will have conversations. She's pretty good at getting her pacifier into her mouth... and she's only 3 months. I bought her a My Little Pony. I can't wait for her to have toys. Lots of toys. Makenna and Olivia have an in with what is the coolest toys now. I have to hold myself back from wanting to buy for Grace.

Grace is a great model. I'm still deciding on her future. Right now, she will be a dancer and study at Juilliard. Ballet. And future Young Women's General President. I know, she has to be called by God, but I'm still planning her future. And married at 22... after college.

While Allie was eating, Leo decided that he would pretend to be a dog and eat with Allie. Allie had a rough week with my parents two dogs on her territory & Leo irritating her. She decided she had had enough and bit Leo. We waited 3 hours for a plastic surgeon to come in to take a look and put in stitches. They gave Leo some kind of medicine that made him there, but unable to move. I'm usually not freaking out when one of my kids is being taken care of, but watching my baby shake was devastating. Leo is fine and continues to irritate Allie.

Another one of Allie's favorite past times is finding Isaac's puppy (his comfy) and hiding it in the backyard. If you remember, she did this at Christmas time and the puppy wasn't found until Valentine's Day. So far in a month, she's taken it 5 times. At first, I was mad. Now it's just funny. Mary thinks Allie likes playing hide and seek. Allie doesn't just throw the puppy to the side. She buries the dang thing. I have found it next to the fence covered with grass clippings. She has dug a hole in dirt... and covered it up. This last time she hid it behind a bush, covered with dirt, leaves and grass. Right now, Isaac's puppy is in a dresser drawer. We are hoping she doesn't figure out how to open the drawer.
